Aya is an angel who has completely transformed my 3 and a half year old’s sleep (and my life) in just two weeks. My son used to wake up multiple times a night and would refuse to sleep unless he was cuddling me. It would often take him a little under an hour to fall asleep.
Now having completed Aya’s program I just tuck him in bed, kiss him and walk out of the room and he happily sleeps until the morning! I cannot recommend aya and her services more she is truly amazing!!!!
