Expert help for your little one’s sleep, when you need it most. Maybe your baby wakes every hour, bedtime has turned into a battle, naps have disappeared, or you’re up at 5am yet again. You’ve read the articles and tried the tips, but you’re still not sure what’s actually going on. You don’t need more generic advice. You need someone to look at your child and tell you what to do next, and that’s exactly what a Sleep Rescue Call is for.

Package includes:

  • A personal review before we speak. You will fill in a short sleep questionnaire and I will go through it in detail beforehand, so we don’t waste a minute on your call.
  • 45 minute one-to-one call focused on your child. We will get to the root of what is disrupting their sleep, whether that’s wake windows, naps, feeding, sleep props or routine.
  • A clear step-by-step plan sent to your inbox so you can start that same night, tailored to your child and your parenting style

Additional Services

  • 4 hour whatsapp support from bedtime for the first 2 nights of the program (£80)
  • 1 week extension of Whatsapp support (8 AM - 5 PM): (£100)

Refresher Package: £100

* This is for parents who have previously worked with me and fell back into old habits and/or had a sudden change in the household (ex: new baby). This package includes:

  • Private 90 minute consultation
  • 1 week whatsapp support during working hours (8-5pm)

Transitioning to Next Stage Package: £220

* This is for parents who have previously worked with me and are looking for more insight or structure when transitioning from one age group to the next.

  • Preliminary questionnaire: This is a detailed questionnaire around your baby's daily routine and sleeping habits. This will be completed before our meeting to help me create a customised plan.
  • 45 minute private consultation to discuss your baby's situation, strategies and troubleshooting. We will implement changes together.
  • Detailed, personalized sleep plan: Created with the help of the preliminary questionnaire and our 45 minute consultation.
  • 1 phone call 6 days into plan
  • Unlimited whatsapp support during working hours (8 AM - 5 PM) throughout the time working together.
