I had no idea that by giving into demands I was making Noah feel uneasy. With time, by putting boundaries back in place – Noah’s behaviour changed for the better.

As first-time parents, we had no idea that an overtired baby was even a thing. Some nights, bedtime was so stressful – our little one would become completely hysterical and we felt lost trying to calm him down.
We started working with Aya when baby Khalifa was around 5 weeks old, and we saw results from the very first day and night. It wasn’t all super easy, but with patience and consistency, nap times became so much smoother, and bedtime turned into a lovely calm routine rather than a battle.
The changes have been incredible – Khalifa is so much calmer now, he hardly ever cries and we’ve seen a huge improvement in his overall comfort. He has fewer spit-ups, no longer needs pacifier during the day (only for naps and bedtime), and his night wake-ups have reduced from three to just one (sometimes two on an odd night).
We are beyond grateful that we chose to get this guidance – not just for our baby but for our own sanity and mental health. Aya’s support has been truly invaluable, and we can’t recommend her enough to any new parents struggling with sleep.

Aya you are truly a miracle worker!
