This expert-led series brings together 12 experts designed to help women understand the things that are often not discussed during pregnancy. It brings together important guidance in one place, so mums can feel more prepared for the changes that begin after delivery.
Many women only start to realise after birth how much changes across different areas of life; from the body and mind, to sleep, relationships, and day-to-day wellbeing. This series was created to pull all of that information together in one supportive place, with honest advice from experts who understand the full picture of what new mothers go through.
